Crafter's Market at Station Square

Open every Saturday

10am-2pm

 

This indoor market features a variety of vendors offering hand-crafted items including jewelry, soaps, lotions, home decor, baked goods, and more.  The Crafter's Market is open year-round for your shopping convenience!

First Friday Art Walk

Next First Friday Art Walk will be February 4

Historic Downtown Pocatello is the place to be on the first Friday of every month. First Friday Art Walk features art, music, food, fashion and more in over 20 downtown shops and restaurants. Admission and parking for this event are free. From 5 to 8pm on the first Friday of every month you are invited to come enjoy Art Walk in Historic Downtown Pocatello.

Idaho Bridal Fair
Saturday March 5
9am - 3pm
Red Lion Hotel Pocatello
 
The premier bridal show is returning to Pocatello as Molinelli’s Jewelers presents, Idaho Bridal Fair on Saturday March 5th.  Brides and engaged couples from across the region are invited to the Pocatello Red Lion Hotel to visit with businesses who offer everything needed to plan the perfect wedding. Dresses, flowers, cakes, photographers, and more from 9am to 3pm.
Brides should register at idahobridalfair.com to be eligible to win wonderful prizes throughout the day. Registration is free and so is admission to the show. 11th Annual Gate City Brewfest

Gate City Brewfest is returning to Pocatello for the 11th year and it’s going to be bigger than ever before! Stroll through Downtown visiting our charming restaurants, bars and breweries to sample local, regional and national craft beers.

Easter Egg Eggstravaganza

Saturday April 9

The Easter Egg Eggstravaganza is coming to Historic Downtown Pocatello on Saturday, April 9. Participating merchants will have filled Easter Eggs for the kids beginning at 11am until all of the eggs are gone. There will be thousands of eggs for the kids and plenty of time for families to walk through our beautiful shops and restaurants. Be sure to stop at Station Square, 200 S. Main Street, for a FREE photo with the Easter Bunny from 11am to 2pm.

Portneuf Valley Farmers Market

Saturdays May 7 to October 29

The Portneuf Valley Farmers Market was established in 1990 and has grown to include over 100 different vendors. The market is open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. starting in May and running through the last Saturday in October. The market is also open on Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. beginning the end of May through the end of August. The market is located at the Downtown Pavilion, 420 N. Main St.

Revive @ 5 Summer Concert Series

The Bannock Civitans will kick off the Revive @ 5 Summer Concerts on Wednesday, May 25.  The Downtown Pavilion is the place to be every Wednesday through August 31!  From 5-8pm there will be live music, great food, cold beverages and fun for the entire family!  The Wednesday Farmers Market is open too!  

 

Art Fest & Mural Fest

June Maker’s Month will culminate on June 25 with the 2nd Annual Art Fest & Mural Fest.  Locations throughout Downtown Pocatello will host artists finishing up their murals, musicians performing live inside and out, special art centered activities for families, and more from 9am to 3pm.  Watch our Facebook page and website for additional information.

Independence Day Parade

Pocatello's Annual Independence Day Parade will return to Historic Downtown Pocatello on Monday, July 4th!  Hundreds of entries will celebrate the USA!  Parade registration will open in May.

The American Solar Challenge

Friday July 15 1:15-6pm

The American Solar Challenge is a competition to design, build, and drive solar-powered cars in a cross-country time/distance rally event. Teams compete over a 1,500-2,000 mile course between multiple cities across the country. The event has had over two decades of organized events in North America.


The 2022 race will begin in Independence, MO – Independence Square
Fri, July 8 – Display Day: 12:00-7:00pm
Sat, July 9 – Start Line: 9am


After a number of stops the cars will arrive in Idaho on July 14 and arrive in Pocatello on July 15 and spend the afternoon and evening here. Departure will be at 9am on Saturday, July 16.

Oldies Rod & Custom Car Show

Saturday August 6

9am to 3pm

 

The Senior Activity Center and Historic Downtown Pocatello are pleased to present this Summer's Oldies Rod & Custom Car Show! From 9am to 3pm come walk through and see all the beautiful cars and vehicles on display on the grass area on the 100 block of South Union Pacific Avenue (behind The Whitman and Station Square). The day will include food, music, raffles and fun for the entire family during this annual fundraiser for our Senior Activity Center.

Welcome Back Orange & Black

Welcome Back Orange & Black will be hosted Downtown on Monday, August 22. From 4-7pm the business community of Pocatello and Chubbuck will welcome back our ISU Bengals. Vendor registration will open in May. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your company’s products and services to the ISU students, faculty and staff. 

The Great Pumpkin Festival

Saturday October 1

The Great Pumpkin Festival returns to Historic Downtown Pocatello on Saturday October 1, along with the Portneuf Valley Farmers Market and Crafter’s Market. From 9am to 2pm enjoy a beautiful Fall Saturday strolling through the festivities and visiting our local shops, coffee stops, bakeries, restaurants and breweries.  Come Join Us!  Vendor registration will open in May. 

14th Annual Haunted History Walking Tours

October 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29th!
Tours begin at 6pm, 6:20pm, 6:40pm and 7pm


Our favorite paranormal investigators are back! SPIRO Paranormal and Historic Downtown Pocatello are pleased to present the 14th Annual Haunted History Walking Tours on Friday & Saturday evenings in October. Visit four haunted buildings in Historic Downtown Pocatello, not just walk by them, but go inside to learn more about the history of the building and experience for yourself the charm and haunts inside!


Tickets go on sale in August. 

Annual Christmas Night Lights Parade

The Historic Downtown Pocatello Christmas adventure begins Friday at 6:30pm when the Annual Christmas Night Lights Parade starts winding its way through Downtown Pocatello. Hundreds of floats will have candy and treats for the kids. The parade route will run from 3rd and East Center and traveling under the Center Street Underpass to The Yellowstone and turning to travel North on Main Street. Parade registration opens in October.

Open!

Be sure to stop by The Crafter's Market at Station Square. This indoor market is open on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm inside Station Square located at 200 S. Main. Discover unique and exciting locally crafted items with over 20 vendors each week.
