Historic Downtown Pocatello is the place to be on the first Friday of every month. First Friday Art Walk features art, music, food, fashion and
more in over 20 downtown shops and restaurants. Admission and parking for this event are free.
From 5pm to 8pm on the first Friday of every month you are invited to come enjoy Art Walk in Historic Downtown Pocatello.

Wednesday's Farmers Market opens June 5th to August 28th

The Portneuf Valley Farmers Market was established in 1990 and has grown to include over 100 different
vendors. The market is open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. starting in May and running through the last Saturday in October.
The market is also open on Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. beginning in June through the end of August.

The Bannock Civitan's will kick off the Revive @ 5 Summer Concerts on Wednesday, June 5th. Lookout Point will be the place to enjoy food, drinks, and music every Wednesday through August 28! From 5:00-8:00 p.m. there will be live music, great food, cold beverages and fun for the entire family!
The Wednesday Farmers Market is open too! Admission is free and so is the parking!
Oldies Rod & Custom Car Show

Pocatello High School Parking Lots
300 North Arthur Ave. & W. Lander and North Main St.
The Pocatello Senior Activity Center and Historic Downtown Pocatello present the annual Oldies Rod & Custom Car Show. This year's show will be held in the Pocatello High School Parking Lots on the 300 block of North Arthur Ave. and W. Lander and North Main St., directly across from Pocatello High School. There will be a variety of vehicles, each with its own story and history. There will be oldies music, food and family fun. This event is a fundraiser for the Pocatello Senior Activity Center. Pocatello Municipal Band Summer Concerts

The Pocatello Municipal Band will perform their annual Sunday evening concerts at Lookout Point.
Music begins at 7:00 p.m. and admission is free. Bring your chairs and blankets. Concessions will be available.
Independence Day Parade

Welcome Back Orange & Black
Monday, August 19th

Idaho State University students will once again have the opportunity to meet community businesses, win prizes, enjoy free giveaways, music and a variety of booths and entertainment during the 14th annual “Welcome Back Orange and Black” from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 19 in Historic Downtown Pocatello.
Kind Community Week Kick-Off Event

Gate City Brewfest 2 - OKTOBERFEST

Save the Date! OKTOBERFEST is coming to Lookout Point! On Saturday, September 28, from 3-8:00 p.m. the annual Gate City Brewfest 2 becomes a celebration of German style beers, wines, snacks, and food by The Sandtrap and The Yellowstone Restaurant, along with live music by Idaho Rovers and The Kyd-J Band. Hosted by Historic Downtown Pocatello, the Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce, Johnson Family McDonalds, Hayden Beverage Company, and our favorite local brewers and distributors.

Haunted History Walking Tours 2024

Our favorite paranormal investigators are back! SPIRO Paranormal and Historic Downtown Pocatello are pleased to present the 16th Annual Haunted History Walking Tours on Friday & Saturday evenings in October. Visit four haunted buildings in Historic Downtown Pocatello, not just walk by them,
but go inside to learn more about the history of the building and experience for yourself the charm and haunts inside!

Trick-or-Treat Downtown

Trick-or-Treat Downtown will take place on Thursday, October 31, Halloween afternoon, from 3:00-5:30 p.m. Our merchants and businesses will have treats for all of the little ghosts and goblins! Come in costume and walk business to business enjoying a safe, daytime Halloween event.
Lookout Credit Union Presents Historic Downtown Pocatello’s Annual Christmas Night Lights Parade!
Friday, November 29th
Parade Begins Moving at 6:30pm
A community tradition returns as the Christmas Night Lights parade begins winding its way through Downtown Pocatello on Friday, November 29th, at 6:30pm. Santa will ride atop of the City of Pocatello’s Fire Truck at the end of the parade officially welcoming the Christmas Season.
Parade registration will open in September!

Idaho Bridal Fair 2025

Molinelli’s Jewelers will present the 2025 Idaho Bridal Fair on Saturday, March 1. If you are newly engaged or have a wedding coming up, be sure to register for the show at www.idahobridalfair.com. Admission is free and the show will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Red Lion Hotel Pocatello. There will be live demonstrations throughout the event. At 11:00 a.m. enjoy an elegant fashion show presented by Valentine Ballroom & Bridal. Over 30 vendors will be on site featuring everything an engaged couple needs to plan the perfect wedding and future.

The 14th Annual Gate City Brewfest will be returning to Pocatello on Saturday, March 8, 2025. From 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. brewers will offer over 80 different beers for tasting in restaurants, breweries, pubs and bars throughout Downtown Pocatello. Sample craft beers new to our area plus local and regional favorites.
Tickets will go on sale in December 2024.

The Easter Egg Fest is coming to Historic Downtown Pocatello on Saturday, April 12, 2025. Participating merchants will have filled
Easter Eggs for the kids beginning at 11:00 a.m. until all of the eggs are gone. There will be thousands of eggs for the kids and
plenty of time for families to walk through our beautiful shops and restaurants.
